1. Scope
These terms apply to the Younger Reflections public website, the free 7-Day Maybe Trial, the paid 90-Day Programme, EverythingHub™, the AI Health & Dining Companion™, digital content, member services and related benefits.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. Access is personal and may not be shared, copied, resold or used to disclose protected programme knowledge.
3. Free 7-Day Maybe Trial
The trial is free and contains selected introductory education, demonstrations, quizzes and previews only. It does not include the protected food guidance, protected methodology or the complete 90-day mindset programme.
4. Paid programme
The introductory payment option is £79 per month for three monthly payments. The programme includes the complete 90-Day Programme, member support, daily missions and EverythingHub™ access. The core programme is not an ongoing lifelong subscription.
5. AI Health & Dining Companion™
Member Edition
Available only to eligible current or former members and may reinforce authorised programme principles.
Public Edition — £199/month
Provides general restaurant, takeaway, shopping, recipe and travel-dining support. It must not reveal or infer protected Younger Reflections programme methods.
6. Knowledge separation
Public, trial and member information must remain separated through permissions and access controls. Attempts to bypass restrictions or obtain protected content are prohibited.
7. Educational and health nature
Content is educational and is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Individual outcomes vary. Review the Medical & Health Disclaimer before joining.
8. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Programme text, videos, missions, systems, names, methods, designs and protected knowledge remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. You may use them only for your personal participation.
9. Payments and cancellation
Payment terms are displayed before purchase. Monthly services can be cancelled to prevent future renewal. The three-payment programme remains subject to the agreed purchase terms and statutory rights.
10. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, harass others, submit unlawful content, interfere with security, scrape protected material or use outputs as a substitute for regulated professional advice.
11. Availability and changes
We may improve content, security and functionality. Material commercial changes will be communicated where required.
12. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from misuse or reliance outside the service's stated educational scope.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
